Camping and tides in Spain
On the Atlantic coast of Galicia the tide runs 3 to 4 m and the rías fill and empty with it; the tide pages there are modelled from satellite data (EOT20), not official predictions. Wild camping is generally not allowed in Spain, including the Balearics. The Mediterranean tide is tiny; the tramontana from the north and summer afternoon sea breezes set the paddling day. Marine reserves such as Cabrera need a permit. All Spain regions.
